Dallas, Texas, November 2024– Forty-two U.S. Dermatology Partners physicians in Texas have been recognized by their peers as 2024 Super Doctors® and Rising Stars.
U.S. Dermatology Partners is proud to announce that 42 Texas physicians have been named Super Doctors, including five Hall of Fame honorees and 16 Rising Stars.
The Super Doctors® award program honors outstanding doctors from more than 40 medical specialties who have accomplished an outstanding degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The rigorous selection process includes peer nominations and in-depth professional performance evaluations from an independent research firm. Doctors across the state are asked to vote for colleagues (excluding themselves) who they would trust for their own medical care. Candidates are then carefully reviewed based on professional achievements, leadership, and contributions. Only 5% of the state’s physicians receive the designation of Super Doctor and 2.5% receive the designation of Rising Star, which honors medical professionals who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
This year, 42 U.S. Dermatology Partners physicians made this prestigious honor. There were 26 doctors recognized in Texas Monthly’s December 2024 issue, including five members who were included in the Hall of Fame honoring those who have received the award for more than 10 years. Additionally, 16 physicians made the Rising Stars list published in July 2024.
