Dysport is a prescription injection used for the temporary improvement in severe frown lines between the eyebrows. As the muscles relax and prevent contractions, wrinkles in and around the brow and frown area will disappear.

Some side effects can occur, such as swelling or redness at the injection site. Other short-term side effects may include anxiety, ringing in your ears and dizziness or drowsiness.
In rare cases, it can cause serious and life-threatening side effects. These can include loss of strength and muscle weakness all over the body, double vision, blurred vision and drooping eyelids, loss of voice, trouble saying words clearly, problems speaking, trouble breathing or trouble swallowing.
Dysport is FDA approved to last four months. The results will slowly fade over that time as the body absorbs the Dysport and the wrinkles gradually reappear.
