Linda Koorey was born in Leonardtown, Maryland. She relocated to the Annapolis area, where she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Anne Arundel Community College and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors at Western Governors University.
Linda is a registered nurse with over 5 years of clinical experience. She spent the majority of her nursing career at the local community hospital, Anne Arundel Medical Center, specializing in peri anesthesia care in both pre-operative and Phase II recovery.
Linda’s journey in dermatology began early in her career at this very practice, where she started working at the front desk before advancing to a medical assistant role. During those 10 years, she developed a strong foundation in patient care and discovered her passion for dermatology. Her tenure here has played a meaningful role in both her professional and personal growth, supporting her through milestones including nursing school, marriage, and starting a family.
After gaining extensive experience as a registered nurse, Linda is excited to return to dermatology and continue her work in a field that first inspired her. She brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a strong emphasis on education, safety, and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.
Linda resides in Arnold, Maryland with her husband, two children, and cat Chilli. In her free time, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, gardening, and spending time with her family.
