Amy Butler earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing while working in the cardiac unit of Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kansas. After earning her Masters, Amy began her career in dermatology and furthered her education by receiving her Doctor of Nursing.
Amy is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has over 10 years of experience practicing dermatology. Her clinical interests include skin cancer screenings and treating sun-related damage. She enjoys all aspects of medical dermatology and loves being able to help her patients achieve healthy, clear skin. Amy will provide dermatology care to patients of all ages and skin types in our Lee’s Summit clinic under supervising Board-Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Nicholas Golda.
