Dr. Baltazar began his career in healthcare with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. After several years in practice as a physical therapist, he went on to earn his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, in Lebanon, Oregon. He completed his dermatology residency at HonorHealth in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he was appointed Chief Resident in his final year. His professional interests lie in the fields of surgical dermatology and dermatologic oncology.
Dr. Baltazar is currently accepting patients for conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, and skin cancer.
