Denver, Colorado – Dr. Lisa Blackwood is a board-certified Dermatologist who joined Center for Advanced Dermatology and will see patients in Lakewood and Arvada. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans with top honors as a member of AOA, a prestigious medical honor society. She completed her internship in internal medicine and her dermatology residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she served as chief resident in her final year.
Dr. Blackwood’s professional interests include skin cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment in addition to a wide array of dermatologic conditions, such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, and rosacea. She enjoys seeing both adults and pediatric patients. Dr. Blackwood also specializes in multiple cosmetic procedures, such as Botox for the treatment of wrinkles and excessive sweating, microneedling, laser procedures, and injectable fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, and Radiesse.
