What is Kybella?
In 2015, the FDA approved Kybella. It is chemically identical to deoxycholic acid, which your body already produces. Deoxycholic acid helps your body to absorb fats by destroying them. Kybella decreases the appearance of fat below your chin.
How Kybella is delivered:
Kybella is injected into the skin beneath your chin. It will take around six treatments to be effective. Each treatment will involve a series of injections, based upon what we believe will be the most beneficial to you.
Is Kybella right for you?
Kybella works for fullness or fat deposits. It does not work to tighten saggy or hanging skin. Kybella works on the fat cell level, removing fat.
