Berg also has offices in St. Joseph and Platte City. Her office in Atchison is open on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
“Atchison is a nice small community, and I think access is really important,” Berg said. “It’s nice that they don’t have to travel as far, especially being out in that rural community. They have been very responsive and appreciative.”
Berg sees patients with rashes and a few cases of skin cancer. She also sees patients with acne, eczema, and keratosis. Berg said she treats plenty of patients who previously had a difficult time finding the proper care.
“I think the rural and elderly population has a hard time getting out,” Berg said. “It makes it super easy and accessible for them there.”
The office being in Atchison also allows a much more friendly commute for those in need of care.
