U.S. Dermatology Partners Expands into Arizona with Two New Partnerships

Dr. Howard Luber earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1982. His postgraduate training included an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and a dermatology residency at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Luber practices general dermatology with particular interests in skin cancer and the cutaneous manifestations of internal diseases. He is also an Associate Professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine.

Dr. Miriam Cummings earned her medical degree from Ohio State University in 1991. Her postgraduate training included an internal medicine internship and a residency in dermatology at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Cummings specializes in nonsurgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to soft tissue fillers, peels, laser treatments, and botulinum toxin. She is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Creighton University School of Medicine.

Dr. Joseph Giancola graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 1990. His postgraduate training included an internship and residency in internal medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix and a residency in dermatology at the University of Arizona. He completed a Mohs surgical fellowship at the Laser and Dermatologic Surgery Center in St. Louis in 2001. Dr. Giancola specializes in Mohs surgery and cutaneous oncology and is an Associate Professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine.

Dr. Amanda Rainwater earned her medical degree from George Washington University in 1994. Her postgraduate training included an internal medicine internship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and a residency in dermatology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She practices general medical dermatology and is also an Associate Professor with the Creighton University School of Medicine.

Dr. Julie Salmon earned her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 1990. Her postgraduate training included an internal medicine internship at UCSF and a residency in dermatology at Oregon Health Services University, where she was chief resident. Dr. Salmon specializes in nonsurgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to soft tissue fillers, peels, laser treatments, and botulinum toxin.

Dr. Benjamin LeSueur practices general and surgical dermatology and is an Associate Professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Arizona in 2000 and completed a medical internship and a residency in dermatology at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Dr. Neel Patel earned his medical degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School and Parkland Hospital in 1999. His postgraduate training included both an internal medicine residency and a residency in dermatology at Washington University’s Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Patel practices general and surgical dermatology with a particular interest in the cutaneous side effects of chemotherapy, psoriasis, rheumatologic dermatology and cutaneous oncology. He is an Associate Professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine.

Dr. Shannon Heck earned her medical degree from the Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS). She stayed on at EVMS to complete an internship in Internal Medicine (2002) and a residency in Dermatology (2005). Dr. Heck specializes in nonsurgical cosmetic dermatology and serves as an Assistant Professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine.

Dr. David Glembocki earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1997. His postgraduate training included a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Kimberly Yeung-Yue acquired her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She completed her internship at the University of Texas – Houston and a residency in dermatology at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she served as chief resident. She practices general dermatology for patients of all ages.

Dr. Christina Kranc earned her medical degree from Loyola University in Illinois. Her post-graduate dermatology training was completed at John Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Kranc practices general medical and cosmetic dermatology.
