Certified Physician Assistant Garland James Joins U.S. Dermatology Partners
As a Certified Physician Assistant, Garland James brings a wealth of experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She treats patients for a variety of skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, hidradenitis suppurativa, PRP, neuromodulators, and laser treatments with a specialization in skin of color and hair loss. Additionally, James has served as a Sub-Investigator for several clinical research trials and published studies in the Journal of Dermatology for Physician Assistants (JDPA) and peer reviews. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Tennessee.

Originally from Texas, Garland James recently relocated to the Washington metropolitan area and is excited to begin serving the Silver Spring and Rockville communities. She is now accepting new patients with appointments available beginning Feb. 3.
