Dr. Carla Gustovich, a board-certified dermatologist, grew up in Dallas and has been in private practice since 2004. She enjoys treating patients of all different ages. She is committed to building long-term relationships with her patients and treating all members of the family. She understands the emotional impact that dermatologic diseases can have on her patients and treats them with compassion and understanding. She enjoys all aspects of her field, including medical, surgical, pediatric and geriatric dermatology.
Dr. Gustovich received, with honors, her B.A. in biology from Austin College in 1996. She then attended The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2000. She remained in Houston to complete her internship at LBJ Hospital before returning to Dallas for residency.
She completed her dermatology residency at the University of Texas at Southwestern Dallas at Parkland Hospital, where she served as a chief resident.
Dr. Gustovich enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and daughter.
She is currently accepting new patients of all ages at North Texas Dermatology Plano, now a part of U.S. Dermatology Partners.
