Cancelling an Appointment
If you find that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. Patients scheduled for a procedure should provide at least 48 hours notice prior to canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This will allow those who are waiting for an appointment the opportunity to be scheduled in your place.
Messages and Phone Calls
We realize the importance of your calls and will strive to answer them in a timely manner. When calling to leave a message, please state your full name, date of birth, phone number and reason for your call. We occasionally get calls without this information or the call was not legible due to poor reception. In this case, we are unable to return your call. Please call us back if you do not hear from us, and allow us 24 to 48 hours to return non-emergent calls.
